Mission Hills Post-Acute currently has ZERO COVID residents or staff. We continue to follow all county, state and federal guidelines for Infection Control and Prevention. We are still testing staff weekly and will continue to do so as outlined by local and state Health Departments.

Mission Hills Post-Acute currently has 2 PCR and 2 Rapid test confirmed COVID positive residents in the facility. These residents are doing well and have been relocated to our COVID isolation unit. Contract tracing indicates source event was community acquired prior to admission to Mission Hills. All residents and staff from the section these residents previous lived have been retested and should have results by Friday. Mission Hills will post weekly summaries to our website, missionhillspostacute.com, in order to inform staff, residents and their families of our COVID status and procedures.
I am happy to announce that Mission Hills Post Acute currently has no lab confirmed staff or residents in the facility! Our most recent resident case has now recovered, no longer infectious and no longer requires isolation. Our residents and staff safety is of utmost importance to us. Thank you for trusting us to care for them during this unprecedented time.

On March 14, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services advised of a nationwide restriction on visitation in skilled nursing facilities. Until further notice, we will be following this direction.
Beginning March 13, 2020 at 4pm, Mission Hills Post Acute will RESTRICT ALL VISITATION to our facility to essential personal and end of life only. Family members, visitors, vendors and other non-essential staff will not be allowed entry.
