Mission Hills Post Acute Care is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility located in the hills just minutes north of downtown San Diego. We are only a few blocks from I-5 and surrounded by the historic communities of Hillcrest, Mission Hills, and Bankers Hill.
We feature 75 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
